  Ben and his team have been so lovely to deal with. Very professional and they went out of their way to match the timber colour to our current side tables. They look great. The bed was easy to put together and is of high quality. Very happy with out purchase and the service provided. Thankyou.

  Unfortunately nowhere on their website or social media pages do they say that their showroom is currently closed due to COVID. I understand that they may have decided to close for this period, but given your location I would consider it a courtesy to say somewhere that they have made the decision to temporarily close so people don't make the long trip just to find that you're closed. There was also no sign indicating that you could call to get service during this period.
  
  I was also somewhat surprised to see that it was a business operating out of a shed on the front of their property.
  
  I've edited this raising the stars as I felt one star was a bit too over the top. Also, compared to your competitors that you might be a lot more trustworthy (it a low bar to compete with).

  We would highly recommend Ben from Mr Waterbeds. The service was first class and the cost was much less than we originally thought for two replacement bladders, an empty, new liner, new (proper) bladder divider and a refill and conditioner, all done with the minimum of fuss. Ben came when he said, he would, gave a very reasonable quote and delivered. We will definitely use Ben again when we move and for all our requirements from now on. 10/10 I wouldn’t go anywhere else now.
